The first four models each house a 201 horsepower, 2.4 liter engine with four cylinders. The V6 models have a 280 HP, 3.5 liter engine. With the exception of the TSX Special Edition MT, which is manual only, all have automatic transmissions with grade detection plus a unique manual overdrive system. Inside the 2012 Acura TSX A highlight this year is the aesthetic changes on the Special Edition or SE model. Outside, these include 17" alloy wheels and a revised body kit. Inside, you'll enjoy black suede seating offset with red stitching. Other 2012 TSX models have supple leather interior available in parchment beige, ebony black or gray with wood trim. Five-spoke, 17" wheels are standard on all but the V6 models, which have five-spoke 18" split alloys. As for entertainment and communication, new Acura owners are equipped for pleasant drives and jammed commutes alike. First, XM satellite radio provides a constant connection to more than 140 commercial-free radio stations focused on music, sports, talk, comedy and other genres. Traditional AM/FM radio is standard too. Second, iPod compatibility lets you play your own favorite tunes or podcasts. Third, a Bluetooth connection makes it easy to makes hands-free phone calls. Acura's advanced voice recognition system is compatible with your Bluetooth devices and the vehicle's climate control and navigation systems. The perks continue with space-age climate control: The new TMX has solar sensors and collects GPS data to adjust cabin climate automatically.
