Benefits of Buying Certified

When you purchase an Acura Certified Pre-Owned vehicle from Nalley Acura, you can expect the same uncompromising standards of a brand-new Acura. All vehicles are under six years old with less than 80,000 miles and have a 12-month/12,000-mile Certified Limited Warranty and provides powertrain coverage for up to 7 years*/100,000 total odometer miles (which ever comes first). Each vehicle must also pass a 182-point vehicle inspection and is covered by an extensive Roadside Assistance program.

Roadside Assitance 
Acura CPO Vehicles are covered by a 24/7, 365 Roadside Assistance program. Get service when you need it anywhere in the U.S. or Canada during the 12-month/12,000 mile limited warranty period.   The Roadside Assistance program covers the following services: emergency fuel delivery, battery jump start, emergency lockout assistance, flat tire change (with good spare), and emergency towing to the nearest Acura dealership or qualified repair facility if the car is mechanically disabled. (Emergency towing will be provided for covered component failure anytime during the 7-year/100,000 mile Powertrain Limited Warranty period). Service is on a "sign and drive" basis at no cost to you (up to $100 per disablement). Other benefits include:

Concierge Service
For your peach of mind and convenience, Acura offers the following concierge services for certified pre-owned vehicles during the 12-month/12,000 mile limited warranty period:

  • Urgent Message Relay: In case of an emergency, we will communicate up to three urgent messages on your behalf
  • Emergency Airline Ticketing Assistance: If your Acura is disabled, we will assist you in determining available flights and specific airfares, as well as arranging in the delivery of airline tickets
  • Special Emergency Service: We can notify police of an emergency, assist in making travel arrangements that require special accommodations, or arrange for the delivery of emergency cash from Western Union® (subject to your personal credit).
  • 24-Hour Weather Information: This information is available at any time should you need to find out about weather conditions anywhere in the United States.
  • Insurance Claims Assistance: In the event of an accident, we can contact an insurance claims adjuster to aid in expediting your claim.
  • Auto Glass Replacement Referral: If you need emergency replacement of auto glass, we will direct you to a nearby authorized replacement facility or arrange for on-site installation.
  • Shipment of Personal Replacement ItemsAcura Concierge Service can arrange for the emergency shipment of personal items, such as medications, eyeglasses or a passport.

Certification Process

The Acura Dealership technicians give it the once over 182 times.

Every vehicle must pass stringent measures before it can become a Acura Certified Pre-Owned. Only well-maintained, late-model Acura vehicles are considered, and each one must pass a comprehensive 182-point inspection and a Vehicle History Report review. Virtually every mechanical system-from the engine to the door locks-is checked and serviced to meet precise specifications, and a thorough appearance inspection scrutinizes fit and finish-inside and out-to ensure that every vehicle upholds the luxury and sophistication of the Acura name. The Acura Dealership technicians also inspect all placements of the Vehicle Identification Number to ensure that the VIN plates match. In addition, the VIN is researched for open service campaigns.

Each Certified Pre-Owned vehicle comes with a full set of required manuals and documentation. Our inspection checklist ensures each manual is placed in the glove box or provided at delivery.
